Customer said that the URL on the phone is pressed, but the PC does not connect to the customer's phone.

The camera and microphone must be set to 'Allow' in 'Site settings' of remotevs.com.

To easily check the current setting,

- Click the lock ('View site information' icon) displayed at the front of the url input window of the Chrome browser.
- Check whether the camera and microphone options are set to 'Allow'.
